Experimental concrete in submarine yachts

I do not recommend any special concrete for building the hull of a concrete submarine yacht. The most important thing is that the pressure resistance of the concrete is "forseeable" and this is exactly what you get with normal concrete forseeable results. So the recommendation is stay away from experimental concrete.
